  • The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated by email to: info@irisbedandbreakfast.it or by telephone at (+39) 349 5209538 – (+39) 0583 464634
  • It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation, without any charge, up to 10 days before the date of arrival at the B&B. In this case, we will refund the amount paid as a deposit or the full amount previously paid, with the exception of any fees (eg PayPal fees).
  • For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated less than 20 days from the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If the guest arrives and stays a number of nights less than those booked in the B&B, he is required to pay the full amount of the stay.

Check-in: checking in means registering your personal data at the reception in the Iris B&B on the day of arrival and then taking possession of the room.
Check-out: to check-out means to leave the room free on the day of the end of the stay.

Check-in: from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm (unless otherwise requested by the customer)

Yes, it is possible to pay the full amount of the stay or just the deposit by making a bank transfer to the bank details found in the payment methods. After making the bank transfer, it is necessary to send the bank receipt of payment via email to the address: info@irisbedandbreakfast.it.
Upon confirmation of the bank accountant, Iris B&B will confirm your booking with the data entered.

Paying with Paypal the reservation is immediate and the room is “blocked” immediately with the data entered during the booking. For any problem regarding the transaction or room availability, you will be contacted immediately by a member of the L’Iris B&B staff.

No, no registration on the site is required.

The data entered when booking the room will be used by L’Iris B&B to be able to confirm the reservation, by contacting you by e-mail or telephone. Upon arrival at the facility, the actual registration of the guest will take place and must show a valid identity document.

During the online booking you can choose the following extras: extra bed and / or a baby cot. The price of these extras is displayed directly during the booking.

If during the reservation of the room some days are not selectable, it means that the room is not available for that day or already occupied.

If during the booking, the “deposit” item with the respective amount appears in the amount to be paid, it means that the room reservation is subject to an advance deposit. Following your booking, you will receive an e-mail with all the booking details and payment details, and you will be contacted by the L’Iris B&B staff to confirm your booking. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to the bank details found in the payment methods, or by other payment methods agreed with the Iris B&B staff.

By booking your room and choosing “pay on arrival (requires approval)” as the payment method, you can pay the amount of the stay upon check-in at the Iris B&B This type of payment requires the approval of the booking administrator. Following your booking, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your booking and payment details, and you will be contacted by the L’Iris B&B staff to confirm your booking.
